700 billion dollar (bailout)?

Somethings been bothering me lately with this talk about a 700 billion dollar bail out, I mean who exactly coined that phrase? it isn’t really a bail out, as it is more of an investment from the government into America and it has faith in a turn around given time. Their not handing 700 billion dollars over to any one who got us all into this mess, but those home owners who took on that debt should have been more responsible in knowing what they were getting them self into in the first place. I mean come on guys thats like pointing your finger at a casino for taking all your money or the guy on the corner beating you at 3 card Monty we have only ourselves to blame and pointing the finger at anyone else is just ignorant whether your talking about mortgage bail out or insurance firms tanking, i see this as a good thing lets say government takes on this debt takes over houses and then they will take a lesser price on what they are worth bringing things in the real estate field some what back to normal at least with the prices to make it an affordable level.
